Welcome to Budy Bear. These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit budybear.com, use our website or place an order with us.
Budy Bear is an online kids clothing brand in Pakistan, offering baby clothes, baba clothes, kidswear, accessories and related children's products.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Customers must be at least 18 years old to independently place an order.
All orders are subject to product availability and verification. Budy Bear may cancel or decline an order due to stock issues, incorrect pricing, incomplete information, suspected fraud or misuse of our services.
We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, and minor variations in fabric, print or finishing may occur.
Customers should review product details and our Size Guide before ordering.
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR/Rs.).
Budy Bear may change prices, discounts, promotions or product availability at any time.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order.
Available payment methods may include:
Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments through the payment options available at checkout.
Online payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.
For COD orders, payment is due when the parcel is delivered.
Repeated refusal or misuse of COD orders may result in COD being restricted for future purchases.
Budy Bear currently delivers within Pakistan only.
Estimated delivery times are:
Karachi: approximately 1–2 days
Other areas of Pakistan: generally 3–5 working days
Remote areas may take longer.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, strikes or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Orders above Rs. 3,000 qualify for free delivery across Pakistan unless otherwise stated.
For orders below Rs. 3,000, the applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us through WhatsApp or email.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned with its original tags and packaging where applicable.
Exchanges are subject to product and stock availability.
Unless the product received was incorrect, damaged or defective, applicable exchange/return courier charges may be the customer's responsibility.
When exchanging a product, the amount paid for the eligible product becomes your exchange value.
For example, if you exchange products worth Rs. 8,000, you must select replacement products using the full Rs. 8,000 exchange value.
If your selected replacement products cost more than Rs. 8,000, you must pay the additional difference.
If your selected products cost less than Rs. 8,000, you will be required to add other available products until your exchange value is fully utilized.
Unused exchange value is generally not refundable in cash.
However, if after selecting suitable replacement products a small remaining balance of less than Rs. 500 remains and there is no suitable available product that can reasonably be added to the exchange, Budy Bear may return that remaining amount to the customer.
Any remaining exchange balance of Rs. 500 or more must be used toward products and will not normally be refunded in cash.
Example: If your exchange value is Rs. 8,000 and your replacement products total Rs. 8,700, you will pay the additional Rs. 700. If your replacement products total Rs. 6,000, you must select additional products to use the remaining Rs. 2,000 exchange value.
Budy Bear generally operates an exchange-based policy and does not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
The only exception under our standard exchange policy is a qualifying residual exchange balance of less than Rs. 500, as explained above.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to customers under applicable Pakistani law.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide your order details and clear photographs. An unboxing video may also help us verify the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange or other remedy as required under our policy and applicable law.
All Budy Bear website content, including our logo, brand name, product images, videos, text, graphics, designs and website materials, belongs to Budy Bear or is used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute or commercially use our content without written permission.
You must not use our website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, attempt to hack or disrupt our systems, misuse promotional offers, scrape website content without permission or provide false information.
Budy Bear may restrict or refuse service where fraud, abuse or misuse is reasonably suspected.
We may use third parties including courier companies, payment providers, website hosting services, analytics providers and social media platforms.
These services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Budy Bear will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, third-party courier delays or events outside our reasonable control.
Where legally permitted, liability relating to an order will generally not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Personal information provided through our website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly with our support team, it will be handled by the competent courts having jurisdiction in Karachi, Pakistan, subject to applicable law.
